An analysis of how educational leaders might use blogs

This has been the most confusing week for me.  I have never blogging before in my life.  Its like a scary movie to me.  Now I have some idea of what to do but still really no sure.  But, do have a thoughts on how Blogging can be used.  I think blogging can be vital asset to leaders to use only if users like me are taught how to blog the correct way.  Blogging can be used to share thoughts, use as a journal, and self- reflection.
